Hotel Furusund is located in a beautiful spot right next to a quiet strait in Stockholm's northern archipelago. With nature on your doorstep, you as a guest are offered a place for relaxation, celebration and conference. Restaurant manager
In the northern part of the Stockholm archipelago, at Furusund, you will find our renowned restaurant with 150 seats. You can easily get here by car (bridge connection), bus or boat!
We are now looking for you who have worked for a few years as a restaurant manager, are a clear leader, goal-oriented and focused and who like to work in service!
You have basic wine knowledge and we would like you to have experience from the cash register system Trivec and the booking system Waiteraid, but not a requirement. Your role includes tasks such as:
- Work actively in the canteen and ensure that our service is always at a high level
- Establish clear procedures for canteen staff and ensure that these are followed
- Purchase of drinks and consumables
- Have a close dialog with other area managers and owners
- Some recruitment and training of canteen staff
- Scheduling in Caspeco
- Simple programming in the Trivec cash register system and the Waiteraid booking system
- Keep raw material and personnel costs within the right cost range
Our activities change depending on the season. Weekends with four-course menus, weddings, conferences, summer open daily with a high tempo in the restaurant from morning to evening and finally Christmas dinner in December. You will work both daytime and evening hours. Your main task is to run the restaurant and ensure that our guests leave with 100% satisfaction. Receptionist
We are now looking for part-time receptionist, mainly weekends.
We are looking for you who are passionate about service and want to give guests that little extra when they visit us. We believe that you have a few years of experience in reception or other service profession. As a receptionist at Hotel Furusund, you are the first to meet our guests and make sure they get a warm welcome.
You are thorough, service-minded and structured. With us, you mostly work alone at the reception, but have close dialog with the restaurant and kitchen.
Duties:
- Welcome our guests and give them information at check-in
- Managing bills and check-outs
- Keep track of our guests' visits to us, meal times, etc.
- Entering and updating reservations in hotel and restaurant systems
- Check rooms before check-in and inform cleaning staff of the day's priorities
- Be available for our guests and their questions and needs
